This Crochet Bobble Stitch Hat can be made in size 0 – 6 months, 6 – 12 months, toddler size and children’s size. The bobble stitch is a combination of four double crochet stitches or half double crochet stitches in the same stitch, but when you work it, you leave each double crochet stitch incomplete without pulling through the last stitch. The bobble stitch is very very easy to make, and it gives a lovely texture to the hat. You will become addicted to this method, as there are no increase in stitches to pay attention to! And you will know from the beginning if the hat is going to fit, because you can test the chain around the head. I love crocheting bobbles.
